Part of the church’s role in discipleship and Christian formation is equipping the mind so that it can lead the heart. As we work toward deeper affections for God, we must learn more about him—his nature, his character, and his work in the world through Jesus. Risen Church Institute exists for that purpose: to equip the mind for the sake of leading the heart.
The Institute program consists of various classes and lectures, offered at different times throughout the calendar year.

No! All are welcome to attend and encouraged to invite friends/family as well.

Courses are $25, with an additional fee if childcare is needed.

Childcare is available for infants through 5th grade.

Yes! Older kids and teens are encouraged to attend!

The courses are not available online, but if you are unable to attend a class, you will receive a link to access the content/video after the class concludes.

Yes, however you are encouraged to attend each class even if you are unable to complete the homework.
